About C+H Construction

C + H Construction was founded in 1978 by hardworking craftsmen who focused their attention on construction. Our experience lends us the understanding and expertise to design and construct your entire project from start to finish.

Over the last four decades, we have been able to thrive due to our commitment to our company values of hard work and personal commitment to our clients’ needs. We believe in doing and showing our capabilities to gain the respect of our clients. We foster the ability to lead a project execution team to meet the goals of the clients as well as maintain the highest quality and provide a safe, environmentally friendly work environment.

As leaders in development and application of modern management tools in the construction industry, we use advanced systems of communications, documentation, and information processing. Computer technology is routinely applied to all of our work.

We have become widely experienced in the practical realities of construction in the field, and we will guarantee costs and provide bonds in appropriate cases. We spend considerable time staying abreast of labor and material costs. While we are licensed as a general contractor in the State of Idaho, our capacities are broader than those of a typical contractor because we offer other services such as constructability reviews, construction management, and general construction consulting.

Notable Achievements

C + H ranks in the top 5 percentile of comparative companies in the western states region for our focus on fiscal responsibility and project risk management.

For several years we have been recognized by the Association of General Contractors (AGC) for our safety efforts as well as an active participant with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) wherein we function as a Certified Construction Management Company.
